State of Survival Guide

Last Updated:

There are other types of facilities with varying functions that can be found in your settlement. Instead of making 1 page each for them, we’ll be compiling them here so it would be easier for you. In this guide, we’ll be talking about the Assembly Point, Trading Post, Intel Post, as well as the Events Billboard.

Each of them has their uses and some can be upgraded. Knowing more about your facilities is helpful since they can provide functions that you might use for items, resources, bonuses, and alliance related actions.

The Intel Post

One of the first facilities that you’ll be able to get access to in the game is the Intel Post. It’s part of the game’s story line where you’ll be able to communicate with the outside world in order to get help from others. But in your settlement, what does the intel post do actually? Before checking out the intel features, you can gain access to Final Hope Transmissions too.

A Final Hope Transmission lets you get free items once the timer completes. You’ll see an envelope icon floating on top of the intel post when you have one. From here, you can get different items such as a variety of speedups in order to help your constructions. It’s good to claim this often since it will help with the progression of your settlement.

State Intel is a rewards system that provides you with different items as long as you complete the listed tasks. The tasks provided can be individual for each Chief, or you can have alliance tasks as well. Simply scroll to the right so you can see the different rewards available.

One of the important features is regular Intel. This feature lets you scan the surrounding area for any survivors that you can rescue, infected to wipe out, as well as waves of monsters to clear. This all happens in the wilderness, and you can clear your intel radar as much as you can. Once you have cleared them all, you’ll receive a timer before it can refresh. The more intel you complete, the higher radar level you can achieve. This in turn will provide you with better rewards such as combat manuals, and even hero shards. Thankfully, the Intel Post doesn’t need to be upgraded for construction, so check this facility from time to time.

The Events Billboard

This facility provides you with shortcuts to other menus in the game such as the daily rewards from missions, ongoing events, daily drops that you can claim from the stores, as well as the reward stash from any events that you participate in. Aside from these shortcuts, you can get free Stamina here once you see a huge green icon that’s ready for claiming.

The events billboard doesn’t have any upgrades so you can just check this facility whenever an icon pops up, this will help remind you to claim any items that you may have not picked up yet from the other menus of the game.

The Assembly Point

One of the facilities that you can unlock halfway through clearing your Settlement is the Assembly Point. But what is its purpose exactly since it doesn’t do anything much if you use it? This is a facility that requires you to be an alliance, which is like a guild. One of the features of being in an alliance is helping other alliance members, and you can also receive help. The form of help that you can get is through constructions and upgrades where you can receive a certain amount of help in order to reduce the timer of your construction or upgrade.

If you’re in a very active alliance, you’ll be able to help your members as well as receive help often. This will help speed up the progress of your settlement. If you press the Assembly Point, you can provide help to your alliance members instantly whenever they ask for it. A handshake icon will appear on top in order for you to know if someone needs help.

Another feature of having an assembly point is the capability of getting reinforcements from your alliance members. If you are under attack, you can get help from your alliance and ask them to send reinforcements to your settlement. You can check your reinforcement limit through the assembly point. This will help you withstand an attack from enemies, and it’s effective versus horde raids or from an incoming rally from other people.

Assembly Point Upgrades

So, what are the bonuses that you can get from upgrading your Assembly point? Aside from the increased battle power, you can also improve your reinforcement capacity, timer help duration, and the amount of timer helps you can provide. The list of upgrades for the assembly point can be seen below.

The Trading Post

This is one of the facilities that you can acquire on the later stages of your settlement clearing. This facility lets you gain access to the market stall, it also has a shortcut to the VIP store of the shop. However, the main feature is by checking the market where you can trade your biocaps or resources in exchange of other similar goods and items.

The list of items that you can see will be limited, however claiming one item will let you get a different item shown. It’s good to check the trading post every often to see if there are items you can get for a cheap price or a reasonable amount of resources. There can be instances where you have too much of a specific resource, why not use it in the market stall?

Trading Post Upgrades

What benefits can you get from upgrading the trading post? You’ll get your usual battle power increased, but you can also reduce the trading fees as well as increase the daily item request load, as well as send load. Having this facility upgraded is handy since it provides decent battle power any way, the market is just a bonus feature. Here is the list of upgrades that you can get from the trading post below.

Being part of an alliance that's active will bring out the most for your facilities since you can help others, join rallies, and gain rewards together at the same time.

We hope that this guide helps you with the rest of the facilities in State of Survival. If you have any questions for the game please head to the Answers Page to ask there.
