What is MP?
TEPPEN Guide
The game officially refer to this as “mirage particles. MP is the main “resource” needed to summon units (unit cards) or play “spells” (action cards). At the start of the match, each player will both start with 4 MP. This is the gauge found in the bottom of the screen during a match. It fills up over time and as soon as you have enough, you can play any card with the MP cost equal or lesser than the MP you have.
Here are some things to consider about MP:
* The maximum amount of MP you can stock is 10.
* The more powerful the card / effect is, the more MP it will cost.
* Timing is critical. Is it worth taking some taking some damage while waiting for your MP to build up so you can play a powerful card?
* You can play as many cards as you want as long as you have enough MP to use them.
* If you have spells (action cards) you’re saving up, consider keeping extra MP that will allow you to trigger them when needed.
* 2 AMP (Active MP) will be allotted to both players at the start of the Active Response phase
