At S tier, Nergigante’s Spike Launch decks dominates the current meta. This hero art gets more powerful depending on how much life Nerg sacrificed. That’s why Nerg decks always include cards that sacrifice life when played. However, careful usage of life-sacrifice cards is recommended since you’ll be extremely vulnerable to direct damage like action cards or unit abilities of red cards.

At both A tier, we have Ryu’s Shinku Hadoken and Dante’s Devil Trigger. Shinku Hadoken is still a top pick because of its high raw damage to a single unit and fairly affordable AP cost. With the combination of unit abilities and action cards, this hero art can easily eliminate threats and priority targets on the enemy field.

In the other hand, Dante’s Devil Trigger allows him to take no damage for 10 seconds, which is perfect for stalling for MP so he can use low-cost action cards to buff Resonate units like 6 MP Ibuki with Agility and Resonate +1/+2. The hero art’s relatively low AP cost means you can use this quite often and even allow you to focus on one field slot/ lane without the need of consistently playing your other field slots.
