I am stopped at Safe Haven City as well... My character has 30452 CP : Breaker Tool LvL 36 Full slots of Weapons and equipment Basic Yellow, each at Level 51-53 Resources plentiful with only Western skin unlocked Need to complete 12 more levels ..
How do you get coils? Find them or make them.
You make coils at a machine in the bunker, you need to use 10 microchips to make each coil.
