You need to move your city or protect yourself. You can protect yourself with a shield, you need to buy these with gems or alliance contribution score. If you are not yet in an alliance you can look to join a strong one with members who may be able to help protect you, or who are in a province NAP arrangement which can stop you getting targeted.

You can more your city with a teleport item. you can also get these with gems or alliance contribution points. You may also have some from rewards. Move your city to a new location in the map and the enemy will not be able to track you easily.

If you are in an alliance and have not yet done so you can also ask for an alliance teleport invite from a leader which can let you move close to the alliance leaders position.

After 2 months you can earn more gems and don’t need to continue any purchase. You can earn gems by timing your development with hourly challenges and COP events .
