An excellent game. Now called Rise of Castles since a recent update. There is so many different events and quests to keep you interested. It is possible to compete without spending money, especially if you take advice from more experienced players. I know I am not alone when I say one of the most appealing attractions is a lively social aspect. You can chat to people from all over the world, either in state chat or alliance chat. The camaraderie that will develop within your alliance and indeed your state, as the game progresses is beyond comparison. A five star game, it has changed since I began in #72, I'm now in #1039..try it, I know you will love it! Come look me up and say hi
I do like this game. I am more about the farming aspect not so much the battles but it is a fun game all around. Very low maintenance and alot of great options depending on your style of game play.

Good but could be better, this is a cash player game. If you don’t have money plan of taking a long time to get close to where money players are, and trust me if you aren’t spending, they don’t care about your opinions!.

This game sucks. The developers only care about money. This game is base on battles and basic heroes are fairly easy to get. These heroes will not do anything to your opponents you will need season heroes and higher.the problem is those heroes you rarely get unless you spend a ton of money. You can spend hundreds of recruitment tickets only to get a couple of stronger heroes but you will need 34 hero copies to max out that hero and that is a joke. So you spend all your time on the game gathering and not fighting because you hero’s suck. Please save your time and money and don’t play this game
I like the game a lot. The only problem is the lack of explanation from the game itself on so many issues.

This last event would have helped a lot for new players if he told them that they couldn't take the already brightly color tiles because hundreds if not thousands of people were just garrisoning their own troops and friendly alliances tiles and getting nowhere there seems to be no heads up on how to participate in upcoming events and if there is it's 30 pages long and two convoluted to understand break it down into short I don't know four section screens with steps and leave that there the entire time the event is going so anytime anybody has a question they can click in the upper right hand corner and there's their answer
Not a cheap game but fun and the events add even more to it.

A bit hard to play eh, the user interface a bit confusing.
The players in this game (at least where I am) seem to be all young kids.
A rally request should be on the screen all the time so you can see it to join it without having to dig down into menus.
Great if you spend $$$$ otherwise your progress very slow.

I love the game itself, and my team mates are fantastic (the core group). But I cannot stand the bullies who think they own the state. They behave as though the rules only apply to others and not themselves. Also, the game developers have made it so China gets half price on all the packs, leaving everyone else struggling. They can build so fast and get castles massive and powerful and just pound the crud out of everyone else. Ruins a lot of the fun, and definitely takes the sportsmanship out of the game. They boast about it not being pay to play, but everyone knows that's the biggest line out there. The devs are really hit and miss when there's an account issue... more miss in my experience. BUT, if you get in a good alliance and stick with it, the game is really a lot of fun, and you can make some incredible friendships. If you get in an alliance you don't like, then find another one that's a better fit. They're not all the same, and that's important to know.
I really love the game play. It is though a very hard to be a free to play player which I am. Players who spend and they have to spend a lot, always win . Developers should put provinces against provinces in the same spending category to make it more fair. Still love it though

Excellent game but beware big money players. They have a huge advantage.
A complicated and addictive game, with a number of player unfriendly issues. Among which:
- pairing with Chinese states for Reign of Choas. Chinese players can buy stuff much cheaper than other players and many play with different ethics, like attacking gathering troops, zeroing farms etc.
- resurrection of fallen payed for troops is way to expensive.
- forgetting to shield up may unproportionally be punished with a huge loss of powerpoints, and units. For instance, last time this happened to me, instant resurrection of a few million t9 and t8 units would have cost more than 2500 Dollars.
- unclear sometimes if there is a Killing Event
- sometimes unpredictable outcome of declaration of war
- the necessity of timely harvesting won chests
- obligation to log on in time to earn certain hourly rewards
- no functioning helpdesk, and truly horrible custom service
It is a great game but information on events and quests is not clear.
I really love this game! Been playing for about 5 months now and have made some good friends and really enjoyed it! I think there are a few small glitches that could be worked out but overall, great game.

Good game but need to spend real money if you want get something advanced like castle decor.
Fun game. People claim it's pay to win but I disagree. The free build area is awesome and a different experience from other similar games.
Very intelligent game, but very "pay to winn" also. So you can easily play nicely without paying, but forget about to be on the same line with money players.
It's too expensive. The more you play, the more expensive it becomes. The payers will always be leaps and bounds ahead of non-payers. Each week new items that cost money and usually no items for free or that you can earn by grinding through missions or events
Some parts are frustrating and the game developpers need to fix. Like the forced intro that you cant skip all the through.

Don"t waste your money or time on this game. If you get stuck in a province you don"t like, too bad. You are stuck there. Go ahead and buy migration papers. You won't be able to use them. If you can spend hundreds if not thousands you will enjoy it. Can't leave 0 stars or I would.

Terrible game. Just got negative 106k gems after I requested a refund for not receiving 90k t9 pack didn’t game glitched whole time I tried to buy them I got my others except these spent over 400$ in a week still not strong enough to compete with the heavy spenders but not. This pack cost 19.99 not even close to worth 106k gems so if I bought 106k gems would cost me around another couple hundred not worth time or money you will just be raided and troops lost been playing for around 6 months very poor customer service and when the game has a big or glitches they blame you.

I think R.o.E. is a great game, but isn't for everyone. I will be honest about this being a PTW game and there are some whales. That being said you can compete without dumping tons of $$$ in, but you do have to put in the time. If you wanna play free you'll need to make farms... find a video on how to make it. Good luck!

It's a Pay to win game, the developper pass 99% of time add purchasable features! People with credits cards rule on rest of others! It could be a good strategy game but free to play players quit every day! Get replaced by new ones who eventually quit also.
I like this game, just that it melts my battery real quick. I think peace shield could be infinite to players that is level 6 or below. All in all, this game is great so I’ll give it 4.4 stars.
Love the game. Can be played free or play cheap upgrades to really up the experience. The game lasts long enough to make money spent with it. I've played over 2 years and still not maxed or at the end of the game

The game is ok, but nothing like what you are led to believe, you are at a disadvantage if you don't pay. When you get to level 6, it goes pvp and you will get ganked several times a day by players twice your level losing your troops and resources. If that is what you are into, go for it
It is a good game, even though I personally do not like the idea of playing any video game where constant cash purchases allow you to speed things along. Knowing full well there are players who clearly spend $100 or more every month, I tend to resist spending more than $5 every other month and I have been playing for a little over 2 years. But in the time I have been playing, other than those frustrating, if occasional times when I go after Giants or Wight Kings and no one helps, I find the game quite enjoyable.
Very nice game but expensive. And I think the bonus should be only by playing game. Not by manipulations of R4 and R5. Not cool. And frustrating.

The game is a very comprehensive and fun game. You must adhere to state rules. You should not act on your own. Follow alliance recommendations. Build at least 6 farm castles. It will be very difficult to find resources in the next levels. You can loot the resources you need from your farms.
It is a great game and very indepth... it allows for a lot of options when building legions and heroes. So you know going in you will run into players who throw down a lot of $$, but even though they are strong in the beginning you can get there in time. How long depends on the player. Also this game is demanding and being in a competitive alliance means playing at odd times... like for example my alliance R.o.C. wars start +8 hrs after reset and the reset was at 7 p.m. for me. That put our wars at 3 a.m. but that isn't the case for everyone. If you want to lvl up without using real money then I'd suggest checking into building farms (castles built for RSS for main account). Anyways I like this game and I think most know by the end of the first COP if this game is for them... good luck!

It is not a game for fun. It is a game for business fellow earn money. So the best thing is just play and don't waist your money. You'll have to face events attached to a circle. When you tried to update a building,and search for resources finally you'll have to buy it using your own money. How dare,.!!So I said again. It is not a game for FUN.

Basically gambling disguised as a game you have to pay in order to succeed and if you don't you will have no chance of success. The game quickly becomes tedious as many players exit the game after one to two months. The customer service is slow and frustrating with inconsiderate answers provided the next day if you are lucky. I wish I did not spend my time and money on this. Thankyou.
Horrible Customer service. Sometimes it takes them 3 days for you to even get the first reply.... then the waiting time after the first reply can be some time as well. lots of flaws with this game. It is purely pay to win on a "free play" game.
Game could be fun, but completely unrealistic cash store as a cash user due to high cost with little no benefits. Also do to in game competition a lot of heavy cash user/serious gamers like to force their concept of how game should be play on casual player base which lead to highly toxic state community and during roc/eden also

I started playing when it was introduced…great, very addictive - wide open. Recently joined again after 2 year layoff….impossible to be competitive without significant $$$’s. Wasted a lot of money & deleted again….impossible to compete as the heavyweights will zero you (I was c25…with t9’s, 50 orange hero’s, and very good gear). Either buy a great account or don’t waste your time & money.

Don't know how much fun it could make later, just played for an hour to realise that the ad slogan "no to pay to win" is a clear lie.
And what I figured already out is a game which is not innovative and is stuck together with 1000s of uninspired, greedy time wasting browser strategy games.

The game is ace takes some getting used to but bloody addictive
Played for 6 months, made it to C25, then quit. Our province had far too much drama and eventually the strongest alliance migrated away. The whole alliance. Game is very time consuming. Resources are scarce so you need farms to make it more efficient. I had 4, but playing 5 accounts became a burden. Purchases aren't necessary but spending some money is desirable (like extra workers) for efficiency. Events are repetitive. Need to constantly use shields to protect resources. Translation function is not very useful. Overall, ok game. Good in the beginning but the grind gets old real quick once around C20.
Fun game with lots of strategy needed. Look up what you can on everything. Ask questions, make friends, and remember that while dedication is very much appreciated, it is still a game.
Updates and changes are happening all the time. It is a game that wants your money, but you can have a fun experience without spending any.

Very complex and well thought online strategy game. I scored it 4.5 due to the huge gap in information provided by the developers on the actual functionality of the game and the built-in events.
Content is heavily focus on cash user, game play is enjoyable but purposely has hidden wall that reduce your chance at earning certain in game content through free/earn in game methods. Such hidden pay wall as token store and earning hero through fragment once you get so many fragments/hero token. There is sharp decline in how often you see 5x fragment for that hero (60each) see mostly 20x(1k each). These are meant to encourage you use money or burn your hard earn currency in game in a unproductive way. Way they make game competitive between cash/free without cutting their profits but they rather few CRAZY heavy user ,then huge player base willing to spend 5$-10$ all time and high competitive servers. Want states everyone try migrate to ,because full of power user. Could be such great game but a typical over greedy company ruins at great game template

I think it is a fantastic game but wish the blog page would be updated more frequently. There are old blogs there and no new news. Also a "contact the developer" tab could be useful. If you are too busy spending our hard earned money to at least consider suggestions then hire someone to help. Just a thought.

Free to download, Pay to Play. Well, Pay to Play Effectively. Colossal time sucker. Very little in-game instruction on game tools and functions. Zero instruction on major events. Help topics are grossly incomplete, and obviously translated from some other language from English, essentially rendering them unintelligible.
Very underwhelming if the ad is what got your attention
Very good, exept ther are to many strong alliances in other states I wont name them team up on people they don't like and whatever alliance is emporer can make other players life a misery, so migration for players feeling this should be simplified due to racism or homophobic comments.
Good game,once you start building and research you can't stop,rss collection takes forever but I suppose we all can't be castle 25 with 30 mil power,should have also 2 research institutes 1 is not enough for so my research to complete,but all in all very good game , oh and I don't think the dominante alliance should have power over players in game to stop them progressing or ban chats they should be done with developers who are not playing the game,otherwise you will gey bias in the game.
I don't think you have enough information in the game to help players play the game properly. It is definitely a game that you have to learn by trail and error and by the time you have done that that you are too far into the game to go back unless you start a new game.
You should also stop wasting peoples time for when they get a new device and have to go through the start up again to sign in to their already started games.

The Game is a scam! Do not download! I’ve been playing for more than 3 months and the game from start to finishing at level 25 is basically buying your way to the top! The packages they offer to buy don’t amount to really anything, sure there’s alot that they offer to buy but considering if your already a high leveled castle those 4.99 deals or even 49.99 deals don’t amount to anything! Recently the game had an update and it was the final straw for me, now when I play icons are either brought up as a question mark ❓ icon or just a blank white box. The translator from when I first started never has really worked so being able to talk to other people from around the world makes it difficult. I had to close out the app and reopen to get the translator to do its job but like I said before not all languages work. The prices on the packages they offer from what I’ve heard is based on what country your from! They don’t offer really anything for players that have been in a realm for along time and want to move to another realm. so if you don’t like the realm your in when you started you better figure it out before you reach castle level 5!

I am not so good at strategy games but getting in with a good alliance has helped. It is nice to find a game I don't need to pay to still enjoy.
This game has advertised itself as "Never Pay to Win" in one of its ads. Being well aware that the more aggressive the ad campaign is, the more likely it is to contain a bold-faced lie, I've decided to conduct an experiment. And so I went into this game blind with the intention of not spending a single cent just to see how far the "Never Pay to Win" will get me. I knew I'd have to compete with those who do. That was the challenge.
On the surface level, this is just one of those many, *many* management simulators where after a brief period of intense growth you're gradually forced into a plateau of Waiting for Things™. Waiting for a building to upgrade, waiting for troops to arrive, waiting for research to complete, and so on. Of course, you're constantly invited—very insistently—to use the premium currency to expedite the process and buy more premium packs to avoid running out of it. We've seen this since OGame in the early 2000s. Nothing has changed much except for maybe a bit more fancy graphics (which, considering this is a very battery-hungry mobile game, is more of a disadvantage).
With the challenge of not spending money, the game becomes slightly more involved. Rather than just powering through upgrades and wait times, you have to be very smart about it: make full use of the daily and hourly event schedule, plan things in advance so that e.g. multiple buildings finish construction during the right hour and give you a rank 2 reward or the next Castle (main building) upgrade comes as soon as possible so you can increase your resource production and troop strength. You will learn to optimize, such as by planning your town so that you can disconnect almost every building from the "electric grid" (that is, roads) so that you can get by without the need to burn wood for charcoal. Or by training troops in advance and "receiving" them during the next troop training hourly challenge. Or by postponing all of your item-based recruitments until the next day with the hero development hourly so that you can get rank 3 reward and multiple rank 2s in the same day. This way you can recoup a lot of currency and speed-up item use; e.g. by level 16 I was swimming in training speed-ups and had over 40k diamonds despite always having a Peace Shield up when going to bed and Attack/Defense buffs at any other time. Resource optimization really goes a long way.
When you start, you have a three-day peace shield, meaning you can't be attacked. I used these days to bring every building to the maximum level that would still be allowed without forfeiting protection, and train extra troops in advance, so when it did fall off I would not be at a risk of immediately getting plundered.
At some point—for me it was level 10—you will want to join some semi-active alliance and start attacking other players. This returned a lot of micromanagement in what had by that point become a game of waiting; I zoomed out the overworld camera so that it could fit more area and thoroughly scanned the area around my town in the diameters of 15, 30... up to 105 km. Very soon pretty much everything in it that didn't outright belong to enemy alliances was under my complete control and domination. I initially started doing it as a raider but at some point transitioned to a farmer because the resources were abundant enough (regular daily/hourly rewards made sure I always had 20+ million in stock of everything) but the bonus of having 1+ million of your active stock protected from enemy attacks made it a no-brainer choice. Now whenever I were to be raided by a player more powerful than myself I would just make my troops leave town and have the enemy return without resources or kills. They were helpless against me except for the couple smart ones who teleported right next to my town before attacking to catch me off-guard. Obviously they were also paying users (which you could tell by some things only paid users have access to) so there was nothing I could do but take the hit. I hated it.
Combat itself is pitiful. There is very nearly no strategy in it: the most you can do is figure out a good combination/order of heroes and troops in their respective legions—the rest is done automatically. Spoiler: there are really only 3-4 combinations of troops you will ever want to use: triple-cavalry for quick assaults, triple-archer for massive upfront damage, and footman–archer–archer / footman–cavalry–archer for siege defense and a more well-rounded resource utilization. Everything else is shooting yourself in the foot. Oh, and the worst part is the power scaling: any difference in strength between legions is exponential. Meaning that the weaker a legion gets, the more damage it takes from the same source. It's hilarious.
Heroes are also a joke. Very few of them are worth the resource investment, and the difference in rarity translates directly to difference in strength (in other words, every hero has a directly superior/inferior version corresponding to their rarity tier). The same applies to crafting hero equipment.
The game is full of bugs and exploits. Sometimes a defeated legion doesn't disappear in the combat replay. Rogue road tiles keep appearing. Timers occasionally fail to update after switching back to the app. You can make use of some of this; for instance, did you know a building is only considered completed at the time of logging in? So if you have a bunch of buildings and/or research coming up and you still have some time until the next hour when it's more profitable to have them, just log out and wait until the hourly starts, then log in. Everything will be completed only when you do, and you can stall this way as much as you want. The charcoal exploit is also insane; you can build out all the buildings in your town to the maximum level granted by your Castle and only get by on the production of Charcoal Workshop by disconnecting all of them that aren't essential to resource production and storage. Yes, every other building will still work unpowered; you only need to connect it to the grid when upgrading or using the buiding menu (such as choosing what to research or which unit to train). You can trade surplus resources away via the trade balloon that is honestly one of the best features in the game because it turns your resources into inventory items, effectively making them forever safe from being plundered. You can keep all of your surplus troops at a hospital until they are needed, because without speed-ups healing is faster than training, and being at a hospital saves troops from slaughter by an enemy raid.
The game is quite abusive. Inactive players—including former allies—become farms for everyone to take advantage of. Because of how combat works and how steep the hospital fees are, it urges you to attack those significantly weaker than yourself. If you attack those of similar strength, the resources you plunder will barely justify the troop loss and the time associated with healing/training the replacement. If you aren't in a top-20 alliance which observes the non-attack proclamation (also referred to as NAP20) you can get ganged up on and forced to migrate to a faraway spot in the same province or a new province entirely. It can get rough. One player I raided a few times snapped and launched one attack after the other despite knowing I can repel any and all of them even with my weakest legion. It was pitiful and made me feel bad. Sometimes players would write me after I'd scouted them as potential targets for a raid, asking if I were going to attack, or saying something else on the matter. It was awkward, as if a cow you were about to milk asked you if you had your gloves on or made a comment on the sensation in its udder. It was not the player interaction I appreciated.
I stopped the experiment at level 18 because the game had simply become boring. The wait times have grown so long it took days to finish an important building upgrade, the daily routine of scanning the area for towns to raid has become tiresome, alliance warfare has become a show of who can catch the other by surprise. The weekly and monthly events could only possibly be won by the side that could dump a more money into whatever goal it was. Again, there was no strategy in it; it was simply a matter of paying to bypass the artificial block put there only so you would be incentivized to bypass it. By paying, obviously, since at that point there was no other way to compete. That being said, it did feel good to win a combat against a whale who paid for power they couldn't properly utilize. Unfortunately, that didn't happen very often.
To summarize, somewhere under the piles of poor balance, extreme pay-to-win mechanics, and fancy graphics is just an okay game. It's not good or bad—just a mediocre way to spend time if for some reason you don't have access to an actually good one in the same genre, like Age of Empires or Transport Tycoon. Realistically it's worth neither your money nor time, so if for some reason you've felt pangs of jealousy looking at people who can afford investing thousands into it, always remind yourself that they're investing into mediocrity, and the simple fact that they can do that is not something to be proud of.
I like it as a game, although I do think that the rewards are not properly calibrated to allow for smooth running of the game. Too little given as rewards and the game does not generate enough resources before an attack removes stock or you need to update. Needs more access to resources!

Terrible waste of money. Can't open iron mine when it says you can when you reach level 5 and I can't build my mine inside or outside of my compound and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong!

Here’s my take, it’s a long haul game. I’ve played this game since July 2020, I started my first account in state #204, then #241, and for some reason, I became an R5 of one of the top 3 alliance. So far we’ve done 2 season of Reign of Chaos, and we’re currently in the middle of province immigration (so that you know I’m an experienced player). I’ve spent ~$500 USD, yes, this game is Pay to Win (PtW), even if they claimed not to.
The problem is, unfortunately, for some reason, South Koreans pays much cheaper rate than the rest of the world (1 package = 100USD compared to 4USD in South Korean Won), which creates unfair advantage. Proof => State 1 - 300 are dominated by Korean Alliance. Like real world, when a specific country have an unfair advantage, the game became unbearable to play, since then you’re playing a loosing game (US as the ‘police’ of the world, really? even after Trump?

Could be much more better. Took it away from my PC after one day.
In advertising and the first level it comes like Age of empires. But it is not! Poor battles, no real strategie possible (you can just start a battle and get the result later). You cant choose and order your units.
And the higher the level, the more expensive is realy everything! In first levels a building, unit or technology costs 200 or 400 stones or money or... I reach level 6 and there the things cost 3000 or 5000. And you have no many ways to get ressources in this mass. Your mines give you 10 or 15 per minute. An upgrade to 20/minute costs 3000 or more. And costs getting higher and higher with the level.
In Age of Empires you can rise your ressources in getting more workers, not enough wood? Send more workers to the forrest. This way does not work here. In level 6 you can built two timber houses, not more! Other ressources the same. The first rule of the game is: the player have to have a permanent lack of everything. Waiting 2 or 5 hours to get the stone for a needed building. And if you dont want to wait wait wait, you have to pay. Everywhere are buttons for paying extras. Buy wood, buy diamants, buy food... 5 $ here, 24,99 $ in special offer there. Some buildings and technologies are just able for selling users.

The game play is fun, in particular during the Reign Of Chaos, the building part is the best I have seen so far, the interface is comprehensible and best is you don't have to pay to win. I although recommend to spend between $70 to $100, it makes the game so much more enjoyable. Especially the extra build queues.

I wished that the game would provide guidance on the challenges - Treasure Hunt for example, is this a purchase only event or can you win the tickets by doing something? I can't find any guidance on how to do it.
The constant banners are very annoying, we need to be able to toggle them on and off. And the gem packs are expensive for what you get. I do like most of the mechanics though, it makes the player have to be more strategic than the basic hit and bubble.

Generally very entretaining, more so at the beggining. As you reach higher levels it becomes more pay to win and it appears a breach between the two types of players. Also the province system needs improvement, many states just die or don't work and yet moving to another state is way too difficult... and expensive. So you just have to forget your castle and start over, hoping to have more luck next time...
I like the game very much, but it is taking over 10.5 GB and growing, so I will probably have to delete...

It's a great game in principle, but lacks tutorial so that new players can learn ahead of events.
Calling this game a strategy game is misleading. It is a farming game with elements of warfighting. Single strong rogue players can turn whole states into chaos, battle simulation is poor giving extreme advantage to strong players. Battles are fought in rounds, so rallying together does not unite forces. 5x1M power always looses with 1x2M power, as it turns out to be five rounds of 1M vs 2M instead of one round of 5M vs 2M. Good community though, if you find a good state. Lots of politics that is not part of the game, but might be interesting to others. Some payers spend tons of money, but you can be in top 100 easily without money, if the state does not spend too much on average. Leading without money does require huge amounts of time, though.

This game is a grind real time and it is fun to grind without having to use too many purchases the satisfaction of knowing you can make it your choice. The community is verified and colourful. You are sure to find your own unique group.

Lots of stratgy and very time consuming game, especially during ROC. a lot of players phase out during roc as they simply do not have enough time to play. the platform should be more generous for players spending more than 4 hours a day playing. as castle reaches level 20 and up, the only way to grow is to build many farm, which add a huge amount of time to manage all accounts.
Its the best strategy war game ever .. Simply mind blowing ..
If you know how to play this game and are part of a good alliance then this probably is fun. For me, I can't seem to find the information needed to play well and every good alliance I join merges into a drama fest. I would like to delete my account and I can't even find out how to do that.

I have experienced a few issues with the game, it glitches in the middle of upgrading/research and I have lost a significant number of gems when this happens.

Where I could be able to finish updating that one. And e able to upgrade another commander without it costing so much.

I love the game but found that some people are devious and will try to talk others into binding their account with them. Please beware of this. It has taken control of my castle away from me. There are very few directions or strategies given by the game itself, and as I have never played a game in this genre before, I am having a difficult time.
The game is good but some higher town halls have been misusing it. They mark low bases and keep on scouting them and loot them, making it impossible to grow. Game should restrict the the level attacks.
The game server do not make proper observation... It simply block player's chat without taking a proper observation.. I have been blocked twice without observation and chat translation is bustet to some extend.. The game must add options to connect with customer service inside the game app..

It's a great game except for the fact there is no facility to fast find a enemy level and type to attack or specific resource level to farm. That wont be an issue for lower powered players as they stay to the outer edges. But for higher more active players, it drives you crazy spending 10 mins searching everytime you want to sent troops out.

It sucks you in and makes you spend lots of time ingame, everything takes a lot of time to do and it is created this way on purpose

Difficult to navigate how to play and no in game settings/help.. at least not easily found. Kind of winging it and hoping I figure it out. Not easy to get back to main screen without having to exit multiple windows and hard to make sense of where your items are.

I enjoy it a lot, especially now during lockdown where I can be active. I am really struggling to translate the chat in province and alliance the whole time and struggling to find an all English alliance. I would prefer to have a setting where all communication that I read, that comes through to me to automatically appear in English. Due to this struggle I tend to be inactive with the chats and loose a lot of information shared.

What to do for long time
It is a fantastic game, but now proving to be really frustrating as I want to maximise my enjoyment and need guidance on how to do things like change alliance - but can't find the right way to do it. I had the same issue trying to find my dragon to feed it - still can't find the dragon. I guess I will have to quit the game if I can't make it work.

Excellent game, but not without disadvantageous "errors". Gameplay allows resources to be used up mistakenly. For example, when clicking Time Speed Ups, if clicking on a 15 minute Speed Up and you click the last one, gameplay mechanics allow for an error click of the next item in line (1 hour Speed Up to be used, even if there is not 1 hour remaining to be sped up. Also happens when Transporting Materials. Gameplay mechanics allow an empty cart to be called to transport and deducts Gold from Players' account. These are Paid Items in many instances and this could easily be corrected to not happen.+

Often more questions remain open than answered... The in-game-support is often not really helpful. In 2 of 2 cases I asked a concrete question, it seemed to me more like a robot answer. It is rather addictive.
It is very technical and there is a lot to learn.
It is difficult to grow an empire without being part of an alliance, but its a compromise between following the alliance rules and doing your own thing.
Instructions are sketchy at best and information on how to do things is non existent
This game is an awesome game for those who love to play strategy games..
It's fine but it has a lot to improve, there are too many abuses in the game and I don't see the players penalized, there are very toxic clans that should be eliminated.
Really enjoy the complexity, still learning after a year
