What does base reaching capacity mean?

Your warehouses will have a max capacity. for resources like food, fuel etc. If you are claiming a reward that gives you some resources and it will take you over the maximum you can currently store then you will get a warning that you are reaching capacity.

If you want to avoid loosing the extra resources then you need to use some up or upgrade the warehouse building for that resource to take more.
