In free development, if for example I choose training troops and there it's show that I will get only 0.6 contribution score, means that it will be more difficult to achieve then normal?
Your own activity will be the same as normal for that event. The points will be the same and the reward boxes will unlock at the same level.
The contribution adjustment is for the points going to the states total. As the training event takes more points to achieve than others then you will contribute less points than your total to the overall competition with the other state. This is to make it fair with people choosing other activities.
