How do you turn off sound effects and music in game?

Bottom right tap to open the full menu, then tap the top icon (three dots) to open the Settings menu.

Tap on Options and at the top of the options screen are the settings for music and sound effect.

Where's the "Menu"????
Bottom right is only "Build", "Skills" and "Mail"
This is so annoying that I'm about to drop this game

Found it
1. Click on your commander picture(top left corner)
2. Bottom right there is a button called “Settings”
3. Below the “Game time”/“Local Time” click “General Settings”
