When the migration will end?

When the migration will end? We are attacked from other state rogue hunters . We are younger to protect. They will ruined us. Is this event permanent because I don't want to live under the shield?
The migration event doesn't end once it has started for your state, this is for players to permanently move to new states. If you are bring attacked by players from another state though this is probably part of a Clash of zones killing event or Doomsday conquest event. The CoZ killing event is only on weekends and the Doomsday event will end after a few weeks.
It may have been intended for a permanent move to another state but instead it is being used by players with lots of money to create their own KE by migrating to another state and attacking everyone. Then they migrate somewhere else.
