How do I rank up my alliance ranking? I am an R1

Alliance rank 4 and 5 no longer play. No one can get promoted. What can I do?

Merge with some other allience

Left the group and join other alliance

The alliance rank is set by the leader or R4 members of the alliance. They have the power to promote and demote members. If you want to be promoted you will need to ask one of those other members to do it.

If you are an active member, help out with rallies, donate resources etc then the alliance leaders should be happy to do this and may do it anyway without being asked.

Me and my leader are both trying to figure out how to promote all of us but we have no clue, so does anyone knows how. Please tell me the steps

I try to promote R2 to R4, but it shows unknown error occured, a lot of times, and i tried again, it is same results.
