What are transformation cards for?

Transformation cards have just been added. When you send your construction vehicles to 'Explore' there is the option to change the driver. Also know are refreshing the character info.

Doing will give you a different set o f possible bonuses which affects the resources and other items that the vehicle comes back with after Exploring. There was an in game money cost to change the driver characters but now you can do it with the transformation cards that are being give away as a reward for exploring.
