The dreadnought is a set of parts that you use to enhance your APC's to give it better combat abilities / enhance the troops abilities. You need to craft the parts in the 'Parts Factory' Building.
The Parts factory can be built after you reach base level 16 and then needs to be upgraded to level 20 first to unlock the dreadnought parts. Then you can start making the components and then crafting the parts to add to your APCs
