Can't move your city here, Please try another location. What does this mean?

You are trying to teleport your base to a spot on the map that cannot be used. Some areas are restricted at certain times. And some plots cannot b placed on if other items or occupied plots are there.

In some cases it is a glitch that the game thinks there is a blocking item in the way but it is not visible to you. In this case close and reopen the app which should update the map view so you can see what is in the way.
