Can anyone tell me how you disband an alliance?

Can anyone tell me how you disband an alliance? As the last member of an alliance it asks you to appoint a new commander when attempting to quit but obvs this is not possible. Any ideas? Thanks 😃

As the leader / last member of the alliance there should be an option to 'Disband Alliance' in the alliance menu. Just tap this and accept to close it down.

Theres no option saying disband.
