I am the leader of my alliance and a player recently joined and started swearing and attacking everyone. I removed him from our alliance but then he was still talking to us in the group - taunting us. I checked my member list and he is not on there? It is some sort of hack. Please help
He is still talking in your alliance chat, or are you referring to state chat? I am guessing you are referring to state chat since he would not be able to communicate within your alliance once kicked. You can block any player in state chat simply by touching their message and selecting from the menu that pops up.
In addition to blocking, you can also report messages to the developers by tapping on them. Report offensive messages and the player may be banned.

Yes it happened to our alliance too, she was kicked and still talking in alliance chat so we invited her back and kicked her again but she was still there to the amusement of other members. Then she joined another alliance and disappeared so it was obviously a glitch in the game.
