When I gain material and oil barrel, after few hours I open the game, material and oil is reduce then before....why I reduced?

Some resources are used up by your troops (food / fuel) and electricity is used all the time by buildings. Other items can be raided by enemies. You will need to check if you have been attacked. (Mail -> Battle Reports)
