You cannot be raided when you have a peace shield on. (normal attack). Enemies can fire missiles at you though (you can make anti missiles to defend yourself). Check to see what kind of attack it was. Or did you have troops gathering in the world and those troops were attacked?

If it was a normal attack(they are raiding resources from you, then make sure your peace shield is actually active (can you see it over your base in the world map?)

If your shield is active and you are still being attacked then there is a bug. You should use the support option in the game to contact the developers and tell them. Send them the battle report details and ask them to fix the problem.

I've just had this happen to me. 23hr sheild while I lay in bed. 7 hours later I wake up my shield was gone and I'd been attacked. I've just been informed players are using an exploit to get rid of your shield. In my eyes this is just as bad as hacking and these players need perm banning.
