I have 1 account that I no longer use it. Can I transfer to another person.?

I have 1 account that I no longer use it. Can I transfer to another person.? If so, what do I have to do? And most important my card is associated, will they have access to it?

Yes u can transfer the account all you have to do is bind it to im30 account and give whoever the email and password your card is attached to your phone not the account it's self so they won't be able to use it when u transferred the account
