I switched from Android to iOS, my account was bind to Facebook and Google and now I can’t retrieve..

I switched from Android to iOS, my account was bind to Facebook and Google and now I can’t retrieve it with Facebook, it does nothing when I choose this option. What can I do? Thank you

You may still be able to return to the android game (if you still have the device) and bind the game again to an IM30 account. This should be more reliable than FaceBook. Then log in to the IM30 account on the new device and see if that lets you recover it.

I have an existing account in my IOS then i tried to login using Android. But then the in game said "This is not bound to game data and cannot be switched".

Do you know how to solve this?

I was bound to IM30 and got the same error message. I then went to my android phone, bound it to Facebook and now I can play my account on my new iPhone.

Any update on this.. I have bound accounts I can not get added to my android
