How can I relocate my honor from ac1 to ac2 ?

Honor structure can be moved but not from one Alliance Center to another. With the right amount of speciality points in the right places you can have up to 5 of each type of honor structure, but they can only be placed next to specific centers.
The first 2 have to go next to AC1, the third has to go next to AC2, the forth has to go next to AC3 and the fifth next to AC4.
