Pregunto porque yo soy nivel 15 y tengo solo 3 tropas. Y eh visto que un nivel 14 tiene 4 tropas. Como es posible esto?

How is it possible to have a fourth troop when you are only level 14?
I ask because I am level 15 and I have only 3 troops. And I've seen that a level 14 has 4 troops. How is this possible?
You cannot have a 4th APC yourself as the 4th barracks only unlocks at level 18. However if you were attacking the player they may have had an alliance member reinforcing them to give them an extra APC.
