I had fresh 12 hour peace shields that I bought and deployed. Then , put game down for 2-3 hours. I logged back in, a Level 23 had ported next to me, and zeroed me out just about. Killed 75% of my troops. Peace shields are a rip off. Many bases in my alliance suffered same thing. What is going on? Hack?

Probably used a missile, the shields are not effective against missiles.

The level of research dictates the amount of resources shielded. It says this on the shield research
