Which drivers are worth changing in construction vehicles for exploring? There is a fee to change the drivers, but how do I know which ones are good or bad? Will I have a chance of getting a worse one?
Changing drivers does seem to be random. So you don't know which one you will get. You can change more than once though.
Tap on each driver icon to see what benefits they give. Each one will have a better chance of finding certain items but more importantly will have bonuses to the type of resources they bring back or other buffs (eg +20% food reward).
None of the buffs are greatly beneficial, but it you are trying to stock up on fuel for example then finding drivers that have a fuel buff will help. It's not worth spending a lot of money though.
