AppGamer Answered:

You will need to know the state you were in to find the alliance again. You may be able to get your old account back by contacting the developers if you know the state and other details. Or they may be able to tell you the state from the alliance.

Start a new game but then use the in game contact option to let them know as many details of your old account as possible.

Start a new game.

Play until level 2 or 3

Options

Log on with the account (facebook.google.im30) for the account you had and you should be back to normal. I've done it twice.
