How can I increase the limit of resources?

How can I increase the limit of resources? Now Wood has 2.0M limit, other resources has 1.0M limit. I have upgraded all resources building to level 10, the game said that the building has reached the max level and cannot continue to upgrade.

Once you reach level 10 on a warehouse building you will be able to build a second warehouse building. Check in the build menu under each resource to find the next level of building.

You can eventually have 3 of each warehouse with each one letting you upgrade to level 10 and having far more capacity than the previous one.
