Hi, I've been playing last shelter on my Pixel XL bound to my google play account. Today my phone developed a serious fault and will not switch on, so it is being sent to insurance company to replace.

I am temporarily using a moto g phone, and have installed the game on it. I ran through the forced tutorial and then went in to try and recover my old account, so I clicked on google and it told me unable to bind as account already in use, or words to that effect.

Can you tell me how I can restore my game back please?
