I am getting notification:

Hero: Pioneer Nora unlocked 2 skills. But when checking there is one skill present. Ho to get rid of this or complete this? Please share your experience.

The first skill is always unlocked for all heroes. Collect enough hero medals and you can upgrade her second skill with I think 30 Medals and 100 Cash.

In your settings you can turn off your notifications on the bottom, so you will not see the recommended tasks to be done.
