Doomsday conquest in speciality reset I already use once now I want to reset again but its says Insufficient item cannot reset. What is this item and how can I gain one more reset item.

Reset tickets have become very rare. They used to be given away as rewards but I have only seen one awarded during this event. They can be bought though for real money if you wish.
