Can a user within an alliance be banned from the alliance chat room? Every time I load the alliance chat room, it is always empty when it wasn't empty before, Please and Thank you!

No, this is due to the wendells your aliance is doin you need to sort this in your settings or if ya like just type a . Or hello, come out of chat and bk in and your aliance chat will catch up
