We cant place the Alliance Center lvl 1. We have all the requirements have enough stones.?

We cant place the Alliance Center lvl 1.

We have all the requirements have enough stones.

If you meet all the requirements, then you should be able to place it with no problems. If it won't let you place it, then you're not fully meeting the requirements. It can be built by going to the main alliance screen (where it shows you the wars, donations etc) and choosing building the alliance center 1 can be picked and built.

We have all the requirements (1000 stones, 15 member, 100000 alliance power)
We got 20000 stones, 100 member, alliance power 19000000.
Only the view button active, no any other buttons.
The alliance center can build only on special events?
Can build up on any place, or necessary this 15 base to be around?

Alliance center to be built during Doomsday season only. Cannot be too close to the walls of the state or to another alliance center.
