At what level can I change my class?

You get a free chance to change class every 3 levels but not from 0. You first set your class when you build the class hall, which unlocks after you reach level 6. After this you can change again at 10, 13, 16, 19, 22 and 25.

You can also buy a change class token to change class whenever you want but this costs real money.

Am at 16, but unable to change. Got the intimation to change class when I reached base 16 but I ignored it at that time. Now I am unable to change, says not enough class item.
