My friends wanna stop playing this game but he wanna give me his account to be next leader of alliance. How could I play his account? And how to rename it?

I am not able to test this but I would guess that you can bind it to a new IM30 account using an email address that your friend has access to. (one of their accounts that is not already in use for IM30) Then let them have the password for the new IM30 account.
Once they then log in and set up the account on their device that can use / purchase a name change item in the game to update the account name if they want to.
