What is the red tent with a plus symbol?

The tent building with the red cross is the hospital.If you are seeing a red icon at the bottom of the screen with a tent and a plus symbol this is a warning that the game puts up from time to time to let you know that your max hospital capacity is lower than the number of troops you have (and therefore you might loose troops if you are attacked).
