If you got anti scout on, is it still possible for the enemy to scout you on tiles when farming, or does anti scout also work on them??

I thought not, but I just tested it and yes you can scout a tile even if the holder of the tile has anti scout on. So yes your troops that are gathering can be scouted regardless.
