In my Fighter Camp, when I select a unit type, say Slasher, it says I "Have" 6890. However, when clicking the "i" icon on the top right, it says I "Have" 6018.
Same thing for my Vehicle Factory:
It says I "Have" 8500 Hit-n-Runner, but I also "Have" 4471.
Is this a bug?

Interesting. It may be that one number is giving you the total number you have while the other count is the number of active units you have ignoring any that you have wounded / in the hospital. I'm not sure how to tell at the moment.
It may also be a bug as you said. I have seen the numbers of troops shown in the Command center vary a lot as well.
