Listen. I made an in game purchase... it didn’t work. A total of 4 times. The screen went completely white. No garage package came through. For 49.99 and still no package. I tried contacting you guys for help over and over and over. No one will answer me at all. Now I had to go to my bank because it charged my account four times and I got it reversed. Now they have taken the money back for something I DO NOT HAVE and you just permanently blocked me from the game?? Are you kidding me?? What do I do, this is not okay.

Assuming your payment was made through your app store (itunes , google play) then you may be able to contact them to ask about refunds, or complain about any lack of communication. e.g. for Google play check out https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
