1)Train troops

2)level up or unlock skills on hero

3)upgrade tower with alloy barrels bought w/diamonds

3)upgrade garrison w/defence comp.

But if you are capable of purchasing peace shields in the store room until you are stronger that would be your best bet. You will lose every attack until you get strong.
