Does donating Stone get you Alliance store points?

Donating stone doesn't get you points. You donate resources (food, fuel etc) in the Alliance Technology section. This earns you contribution points which you use to buy stone and other items in the alliance store. Donating the stone lets the alliance use it yo build the alliance centers during doomsday events.
