I have an alliance member who is harassing me. How do I kick him out of my alliance?

Talk to an R4 or R5 and explain the situation. They should talk to the offender and if it repeats they should kick the offender.

Only R4 members can kick so if not an R4 you will need to ask an R4 to kick the member

As mentioned only R4/5 can kick members. If you are one then go to the Alliance menu and the Member tab at the top. Here you can see all the members and you should have the option to promote, demote or kick.
