I lost my account switching the game .. did I lost everything? I was lvl 19 .. Can I recover my account?

If your account was bound then you can log in again to retrieve it. If not then yes you may have lost it. You can try to contact the in game support with your details (base name, level etc) and ask them to restore it for you.
