I abandoned my plot by accident and can’t occupy another. How to occupy again?

You can only occupy plots that are next to plots owned by your alliance members or an alliance center building.

Find on the map the Alliance Center 1 (in the whole state view you should see a blue icon around the outside edge of the map). This will have low level plots near it that you can occupy.
