I am raider. When I attack enemies just steal 1480 money from them I have 64k troops capacity and enemy class is raider with 110k money

What can I do for more money?

You will only gain a percentage of the available resource when you attack depending on your APC's power and load capacity. Upgrade your APC and add more troops.
