Additional Troops are idle in your base. They are useful to have to replace injured or killed troops when you fight and will defend your base when attacked after your formations have fought (if they are not out).

Having the same issue. Center shows troops, but less are seen when forming APC units. 0 0 REPORT

Mine aren't idle...hey aren't there. When I lose troops in an attack, there are no more to replace them. The number on the outside of command center says 140K more than are available.Search for more answers for Last Shelter: Survival or ask your own here.
