I have farm account and successfully move the other state but somehow is not teleport to my alliance..

I have farm account and successfully move the other state but somehow is not teleport to my alliance base location. I cannot use the advanced teleport card that was free when join alliance. When I want to teleport to alliance base, it ask for 2000 diamond rather than free to teleport. Anyone know why?

I also have the same problem but no fix yet and support isn't answering...

The alliance teleport item cannot be used to to move to a selected spot. If you have one you can use it from your items list and it will teleport you close to the alliance leader. If you want to pick a spot to move to then you have to have or buy an advanced teleport.
