Why is the newbie teleport not working, still asking for 2000 diamonds, my base is level 2?

That didn't answer the question. Thanks for nothing.

When you're in map view, the map that comes up is the state you're in. You can only newbie teleport to a different map.

I have the same problem, my base is level 5, I can see the Newbie teleport in my items, but for some reason it doesn't have the "Use" button

Dont use the teleport option use the change state one the other option to the right of it. It will port you to a random location in that state...

There’are 3 maps. One shows you. One is a state map and one a world map. On thé world map you pick the state you want to go to and they will pick a ransom spot in that state. It will infirm
That you want to use the teleport. Once you get to your new state you can join an alliance and use another teleport to be near them.

Tapping on the state just opens the in-state map for that state. It doesn't offer to let me use my newbie teleport. There's still no Use button on it in my inventory.

Ah, okay. "They will pick a random spot in that state" means "you will see a specific spot in the middle of that state," which isn't relevant either way. Once you're on the state map, then you tap on any square as if you want to use a normal teleport to get there. Then, instead of using the teleport option, there's an option that says "switch state" or something. The one key detail no one thought to mention.
Picking a state on the world map doesn't ask you to confirm that you want to use the teleport.

Oh, I thought the first post about "change state" was referring to some weird nonexistent item in the inventory next to the newbie teleport. Kudos to that guy. When you tap on a square in the state you want, there are two options. One is the normal 2000 diamonds option, and one is the change state option.

Someone knows how long takes beginner tp, how long can we use that action? I'm in a new account
