How do I recall honor structures?

I don't think there is a way to recall them yourself. They will be recalled automatically if the alliance center they are next to is destroyed or demolished.

You can relocate them. If you want to move it to a different tile. To do this tap on the building itself in the world and select 'View'. Then at the bottom of the information screen will be a Relocate Button.

Relocating it will cost stone and will damage the building which then costs rss to repair.

Thanks for the answer AppGamer. I built a lvl 2 alliance center but i can't built honor structures around. As I destroyed the centre lvl 1 structure got recalled but I can't move them next to the center lvl 2. Could you help me ?

It depends on which honor structures you have unlocked. The 1st and 2nd ones of each type can only be placed next to AC1. The third one of each type can only be placed next to AC2, etc You can unlock up to 5 structures of each type. They are unlocked by using the skill points.
I don't know why destroying AC2 would affect AC1 unfortunately.
