How to set new buildings at alliance center 2?

Your first 2 honor buildings of each type must be placed around Alliance Center 1. The 3rd of each goes to Alliance center 2. When you try to build it though it takes you to the AC1 initially every time. To get to AC2 tap the AC icon that it to the lower left of the screen. Here you can choose the appropriate Center to move to and place the building. It's unfortunate that you have to do this every time for each building.
