Why is it not allowing me to plunder my resources from my Farm account?

Assuming you are able to attack the farm account successfully (it cannot be in the same alliance) then possibly if the farm account class is a Farmer then it will have a depot protection meaning that some of the resources are protected. If the amounts stored are less than that then they are safe.
