Can you transfer your occupied tiles anywhere?

You cannot transfer them, but you can abandon them and then occupy new ones. Tap on the tile you have and select Abandon. It will take 30 minutes for it to clear.

You can also do this in the Doomsday Conquest menu under the Territory tab by tapping on the type of territory.
